• Never a photo copied off a retailer website — that is a copyright problem and the listing gets pulled.

• An empty box is always better than a wrong one. Never leave something filled in from the last product.

Blank uses Amazon’s 5 days. For stock you hold, 1–2 is better for the buy box.
Where the pack photo is, and where it came from. Own photography and brand-supplied are fine — retailer screenshots are not.

The file comes out with three tabs, the same as the form you were sent: Read Me First,
New Listings with your products already in it, and What We Work Out.
The list stays on this phone until you empty it.

🔍 Open straight into Scan & Find
With this on, the app opens on the camera and anyone can scan a box and see where it is
on the shelves — no login. It is looking up only: no prices, and nothing can be
moved, linked or changed. The ✖ at the top takes you to the normal login.
Phones and tablets only. A desktop never opens on it, whichever way this is
set — nobody scans a case with a desktop.

Anyone who opens the app on this phone can see your stock, your shelves and your expiry dates without signing in. Prices are never shown.
🌐 Website password
This is the one that lets Nucleus change your websites — a quantity, a price, or hiding
a product from the shop. Without it, Nucleus can only look at the websites and never touch them.
Only an Admin sees the change button at all, and this password is asked for every single time.
